Shipping and Customs
All pieces shipped within Australia are shipped via Auspost. The price will be calculated at check out and you will receive your tracking number.
For shipping to the States it is a flat fee of $35 for shipping with tracking. Any import tax or customs are responsibility of the customer. For quotes for other international shipping please email maddyrowleyjewellery@gmail.com
For pieces over $100o it is recommended to purchase insurance when shipping items.

Warranty
Maddy Rowley jewellery endeavours to make jewellery that can handle everyday wear and is crafted to an incredibly high standard.

If there is a manufacturing issue within the first 24 months it will be covered under warranty. The warranty excludes coverage due to wear and tear and/or negligence. Any repairs or work not done by Maddy Rowley jewellery will void this warranty. This warranty does not cover loss, accidental breakage and general wear and tear.

Refurbishment
If your jewellery needs a bit of love, repolishing or plating past the warranty date please get in contact. If there is damage due to wear and tear past the warranty it will be assessed on return for repairs and priced accordingly.
